Humans have always spent time getting bored, doing nothing, especially not being always on alert mode (red notifications from apps of modern times). Ideas happen to you when your mind is truly unoccupied. Get your calm.

Most comments here pinpoint to digital addiction from doomscrolling, excessive social media use, distractions from constantly checking phone, scrolling just before/after sleep, escaping to smartphones, sedentary lifestyle coz cheap dopamine hits etc. Time to change this is now!

Do anything but screens. Do anything, but scrolling. Get bored. We are humans. Do the things that make you human. Read. Write. Paint. Fight. Get bored. Get your mind empty. Get your mind wandering. Do anything but phones. Do no phones. Be human. Talk to people. Talk to humans.

Mere presence of your phone demands your cognitive power. When it is near you, your mind is already spending energy in resisting to pick it up. Keep it away, intentionally, to claim your mind back.

Excessive screen usage is reducing brain matter from some parts that is responsible for your cognitive abilities, especially remembering stuff and thinking critically. Extreme detox is not the option. Finding balance with daily intentional screen breaks is ever important!

Honestly Anuj Deshpande sir ji, this is the ideal setup I imagine whenever I explain one of the use cases of Trring™. Minimal, aesthetic, and just pretty. We love it that you love it! 👏🏻👏🏻

youtu.be/RRuEcdzOc7M Bros this is the unboxing and review video of the Trring phone on my second channel. A very unique product for digital detox. Its also a treat for retro gadget fans like me. Looks stunning on the table & is functional as well.

This video breaks down how the smartphones, social media, and doomscrolling is affecting the modern society. The cost of seemingly harmless addiction of phones is not worth it and the addiction is not accidental but a well designed phenomenon by big techs. Great work

“Phubbing” — snubbing someone by looking at your phone. When parents phub kids... Studies show it's linked to kids feeling angrier and sadder, giving up on seeking attention, and lower well-being. The bottom line?

Why does everything need to be smart? Having all these smart devices around you, do u really feel smarter than your older version? Why can’t we have sturdy stand alone dumb devices that just do their job and do not keep “analysing” your every interaction?
