I am saddened to learn of the passing former Secretary of State, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and son of Jamaica, Colin Powell. He was an outstanding Soldier and Diplomat. Condolences to his widow Alma, his children and extended family. Rest in peace good and faithful servant.
