As part of the UK in Nepal 🇬🇧🇳🇵-supported RAIN programme, RAIN partners & BEK team conducted a scoping study in Karnali & Lumbini. RAIN programme aims to enhance the GoN's capacity for Climate Change adaptation & DRM, & to make social protection systems more responsive to shocks.
