Great University Hospitals Birmingham leadership lecture this afternoon: how do overcome challenges of communicating when frontline staff are so overloaded with information? We have to focus on where people are getting their info from - and go there - and can’t rely on traditional cascade of info


London has come so far to support safe cycling in recent years - just one of many examples I’ve seen today. Please Bham City Council, we need to do so much more. New pop up cycle lanes are fine but no where near or comprehensive enough
