We're lucky to have Sally El-Ghazali back again to talk about #fatigue and #wellbeing In the ever more pressured, understaffed, overrun @NHS, most of us will recognise these feelings. Fatigue is undoubtedly harmful, to us, to our colleagues, and to our patients. #CCPOM2022

Sometimes that harm may be minor, or abstract, or a near miss. Often, it isn't. We are reminded today of colleagues who have lost their lives to fatigue, often around night shifts. Few regions lack a story. We lost our friend before I graduated (not pictured) #CCPOM2022
