Employers don’t care what division/sport you played. Who you are is what matters. Do you work hard, love being part of a team, possess leadership skills by serving? Are you kind, open minded? Low maintenance? Employers want people who add value without drama! Are you that person?

The true key to keeping players in love with baseball at the youth level is coaching. Bad coaches breed bad experiences, which drives kids away. Good coaches make all the difference.
