Sophie Duval ran the Kettering half marathon on 8th March in memory of her dad Andre. Andre was an avid gym goer even at the age of 75, and seemingly fit and healthy, up to a few weeks before he passed. Thanks to all who supported Sophie who has raised £1450 for PFT.

Amy will be taking part in the A J Bell Great North Run 2025, on behalf of PFT in memory of her dad. The run takes place in September, and the challenge is a half marathon between Newcastle upon Tyne and South Shields. We wish Amy all the best with her training.
