When provocateurs come to stir pots of wrath, confusion and hopelessness, stay their hands. If itโ€™s not helping you lift, love or liberate, donโ€™t let it have a seat in your mind.

Thanks for all your letters of support! We are not giving up! One reason we at ZOE have been shut down is seen in this graph - where the true infections are five times more than the official dashboard and going up fast- thanks 4 logging!

In #Ethiopia, 6 million people in #Tigray have been under blockade by Ethiopian & Eritrean forces for almost 500 days. 83% of the population is food insecure. There is almost no fuel, cash or communications. The situation is catastrophic. People are dying.

Iโ€™ve tried not to cry this week.. because honestly, I have no hope that anything will improve for us. This made me cry thoโ€™ because the extent of what we do is not fully understood and love is exploited by govts. #RealCarersWeek

296 days since the Taliban banned teenage girls from school. The Taliban say theyโ€™ll eventually reverse this policy but no sign of that yet. Education is not a privilege, it is a basic human right, a right these girls continue to be denied #LetAfghanGirlsLearn

Why do so many (professionals & government) constantly think that unpaid carers donโ€™t need to sleep? Just because theyโ€™re not recognised as workers doesnโ€™t mean they should be expected to go with no sleep. Unpaid carers are not exempt from body needing sleep #sleepforunpaidcarers
