So excited I was able to sit down with my FABULOUS PCTAGraphics students for their podcast today! I was SO IMPRESSED with their knowledge & skills. And 3 cheers for their amazing teacher mike lamantia jr. who has given them the tools to do so! No WONDER he’s CTE Teacher of the year!

Lights, camera, action PCTA ! 11th grade students learn TV studio production. Students receive a hands on experience in positions that include Camera operators, technical directors, sound, lighting, and floor managers! Students also earn college credits!

Incredible week PCTA Our students wrote and produced Episode 1 of PCTA TV in a day! All students worked together to get the job done and also learned a wide variety of tech skills in studio and in post production. They are excited to do it all again next week!

Last week our students produced a multi cam broadcast of our winter pep rally creating all the graphics, animations, and ran our cameras that recorded the event as it was displayed on the PCTA field house Jumbotron live! What a great hands on experience! PCTA

Seniors PCTA using Figma UX design software to build prototypes for a podcast mobile app. They are learning about what UX designers do, how to become a UX designer and the various careers out there in this area of the design industry!
