Raiders soccer fall tonight 1-0 at Forrest in the Region Tournament. Hard fought game til the end. Proud of the way they competed all year….was a special group!

FINAL: UTSouthern Softball 7, LSU Alexandria 3 (8 innings). Firehawks erupt in the top of the eighth with six runs, turning a 1-1 ballgame into an eventual 7-3 victory. UTS is right back in action versus tournament host Central Methodist in an elimination contest.

FINAL: UTSouthern Softball falls 5-1 to host Central Methodist (Mo.) in the first game of the championship round. Kassidy Davis drove in the lone run of the contest for the Firehawks. UTS finishes the year 33-21.

UT Southern junior golf standout Iona Pollitt made history yesterday, becoming the school's first-ever golfer to make the cut at the NAIA national tournament. Pollitt shot 79-70 to make the cut, ending Wednesday T-11. She carded a 78 today and sits T-23.

First-year Richland High School Athletics shot put competitor AJ Bates throwing this morning in the Class A state championships.
