More than 50 educators engaged in a K-5 Place Value PD last week all about standards progression and supporting students at each level. 📸Ts matching grade-level benchmarks & tasks and creating posters showing what place value looks/sounds like in their grade.

Teachers created real/imagined animals out of base 10 blocks to represent a 3-digit number in this K-5 Place Value PD. Great conversations around the many creative ways to represent and compose numbers!
