Can you create good movement without great joints? Sure. But… Can you have a good team without a great QB? Again, sure. … but given the choice, wouldn’t you rather have a great QB (great joints) and have a great team (great movement)? 10/10 times, you'd pick the great QB

In my view, you have 2 choices: 1. Train joints + lifts super hard, and you’ll have great joints + great lifts 2. Train lifts super hard, and you’ll have great lifts + crappy joints Internal > external

Time spent arguing about which exercises are best are really one of the more pointless topics in training/fitness Sure, specific exercises might be best for certain goals for certain people But most anything 'works' provided you give it the proper intensity and consistency
