This Proof Eisenhower Dollar is a true anomaly. Double-struck on a quarter planchet, it features a strike and planchet error. Proof coins go through extra inspection. Yet, this piece still escaped the Mint, making this error especially rare and collectible.

Nothing screams Toner Tuesday like this monster-toned Morgan Dollar. They’re among the most popular U.S. coins, but rainbow toning adds another level of eye appeal to this iconic coin. Do you prefer toned or blast-white Morgans?

In 2019 and 2020, the West Point Mint released a limited number of quarters with a β€œW” mintmark into circulation for the first time ever. The hunt for them is still on, and with another PCGS MS68 example selling eBay for $9,900. May as well check your change. πŸ‘€

Carson City Morgan Dollars are iconic, but this 1884 example takes rarity to another level. Struck on a broken planchet, this is a standout error on an already legendary coin.

Wisdom takes form in this 10 lipta from 1912. Owls are an iconic symbol of Greek coinage – and in PCGS MS67, this is a top-of-the-pop example.πŸ¦‰

This 1909-S Lincoln Cent has the initials of designer Victor David Brenner on the bottom center of the reverse. People found them to be too obvious, prompting the Mint to quickly remove the initials and creating a highly sought-after variety.

After WWII paused proof coin production, the 1950 Proof Franklin Half Dollar helped mark a return to normal at the Mint. As one of the first coins struck postwar, these pieces mark a special place in the hearts of collectors.

Half cents were struck in five different designs, and this example features the Classic Head. Though a more common issue, its sharp details and brilliant toning make it a standout among early copper.

The 1858 Liberty Seated Dime isn’t usually considered rare – but with vivid golden and blue toning paired with a rare grade (PCGS MS66) for its type, this piece is a gorgeous standout.

This Lincoln Cent isn’t full of post-mint damage – it was struck through a late-stage die cap. A die cap happens when a coin gets stuck to the die after being struck. The die cap had been stuck on the die for so long that it was wearing thin, leaving a ghost image of the design.

Beautiful toning takes this ordinary 1883-O Morgan Dollar to the next level with its bright orange strip surrounded by a cool blue on both ends. Perfect for Toner Tuesday.

As the second-ever U.S. commemorative and the only silver commemorative, the Isabella Quarter is a favorite among classic commemorative coin collectors. Made to honor Queen Isabella I, it's a rarity in high grades.
