As I get in to bed I realise how ruined I am. Back- sore and sharp spikes of pain, leg- non compliant and has spells of numbness and head- rather unorganised and foggy. Many of these things are due to the change in the weather and fatigue. But we carry on staying strong.

It’s been a while since I’ve hit the banks, but after a Sunday roast with a good friend yesterday and some deep conversations, it was clear spending time together next to the lakes is well needed. Bring on the weekend! Lows of 3 degrees and a private lake to ourselves? Perfect!

Saw Kane Brown perform at #C2C last night in London and as always he was amazing! We got to see our 1st dance song performed once again and now the count down is in to when we fly to #Atlanta to see him.

Spent all morning dodging the showers, all afternoon watching the Carp bask in the sun and just as the sun goes down my rod goes screaming off, only for me to pick up my rod and lose it. Now it’s got chilly my knee has indicated it’s time to retire to the bivvy #fishing

I’m in a fortunate position where I can go fishing 2-3 times a week, usually for 36 hours (Atleast) once a week. Without it, I don’t know what I’d be doing or where I’d be, but one thing has never changed- my excitement and anticipation never changes. Bring on tomorrow! #fishing

Hi X, it’s been a while. There’s been some change since I last checked in, but here we are, starting a fresh and a new career (which has been in the pipeline for some time). New skills, increased knowledge and the most amount of drive for a very long time. #electrician

I find myself back in France on a week long fishing trip (again), which coincidently coincided with my birthday. Yesterday evening was relaxed and chilled and today on the lake. (Can’t be a mirror selfie when the lighting is that good and the fresh T-shirt fits so well)
