On V-E Day, or Victory in Europe Day, we celebrate the Allies' victory over Nazi Germany during World War II. From Normandy to Paris to the Hurtgen Forest to the Battle of the Bulge, the Pennsylvania National Guard's 28th Infantry Division played a key role in that victory.
