A new face joins the server. They drop some buzzwords, tag a few core contributors… Next thing you know, they're getting listed in a proposal or earning a spotlight. Meanwhile, someone who's been helping for weeks, adding real value gets zero mention. That was us at XBorg.

Not all contribution is code or content. Communities thrive on connectors, organizers, listeners. Without them, projects stall. If someone's helping others succeed, they deserve credit too. We're building a culture where all forms of contribution are tracked and appreciated.
