Loved being back at Dixons Manningham last week for Yr 4s Preparing for my Future day. The children identified their skills and qualities and ways they preferred to work then linked these to their perfect job. They learnt about positive communication & how to create a good impression

Last week was Woodside Primary Academy in Bradford’s KS2 World of Work day. The children were really inspired by our #volunteers incl: Telent NorthernGasNetworks Yorkshire Academy of Creative Arts & Dance & learnt about careers as a dance teacher, engineer, scientist, author & in live technology & construction

This week was the turn of EYFS & KS1 at Woodside Primary Academy for their World of Work day. The children found out about engineering, recycling, carpet manufacturing, museums and galleries & estate agency Thanks to our #volunteers incl Telent Bradford Museums & Galleries Bradford Council

I have had a lovely day at Peel Park Primary School in Bradford delivering Careers and Aspiration workshops to Year 2. The children thought about jobs from props, found out about some unusual jobs, decided what they were good at and what their perfect job might be. We had lots of fun!
