ATT’N AR SCHOOL DISTRICTS: It would be wrong to assume, as some districts have, that the ruling by Judge Fox in the mask mandate case will soon be decided by the AR Supreme Court. An appeal may not be filed until further hearings occur and, for that matter, may never be filed.

I implore all school districts to require masks as this school year begins following the overturning of Act 1002. Our “leaders” vary between actively endangering your students to doing the absolute minimum and talking out of both sides of their mouths. #arpx. #arleg. #arag.

By my count, public schools in Fayetteville, Hot Springs, Little Rock, Marion, and the PCSSD either have or will vote to require masks as kids return to school next week. What districts have I missed? And have you called your school board and superintendent yet?
