Northeastern student Kyler Shinkle-Stolar was arrested by Boston Police, days before a sweep of a pro-Palestine encampment resulting in some 100 additional arrests. His trespassing charges were thrown out during arraignment today and he was ordered 20 hours of community service.

Apparently the international criminal court only has jurisdiction over US adversaries.
