When your customer service is so bad, and you piss your customer off so much, you should expect them to take to social media. Imagine my delight to find that Optiplan Kitchens had not even taken the twitter account Optiplan Kitchens (unofficial, but customer led) ! Now everyone will know how bad they really are

Optiplan drawer unit as delivered! Options from Customer Support were wait 4 to 5 weeks for new one to be made (kitchen fitter would be long gone by then having not been able to complete fit) , or fix it myself! No apology or offer of refund. No #qualitycontrol , no #customercare

"Hand crafted" with images of craftsmen with tools is bending the truth somewhat. I suspect it's closer to "hand assembled by unskilled staff". I do not believe they manufacture anything, but buy everything in. Assemble flatpack?, maybe. Manufacture? No. optiplankitchens.co.uk/about-us/.

Optiplan Kitchens' marketing team missed a trick by not obtaining the brand's primary social media account name, allowing a disgruntled customer to register it! Peter Jones walked away from an investment for this very thing in last night's #dragonsden

This is Optiplan Kitchens’ measure of quality. I received 4 scratched doors, it took 2 months for replacements to arrive, and it’s up to me to arrange fitting at my expense. Uncaring Customer Service team with no word of apology. Think twice before buying from #optiplan #kitchens

#optiplan #kitchens quality control is appalling. £17K kitchen (supply only!) delivered with 4 scratched doors, 1 door missing altogether, a mark in the sink, the wrong upstands; and their delivery boys damaged a wall which they refused to take responsibility for. #buyerbeware

Not only does this demonstrate #optiplan #kitchens lack of quality control, it also shows that their cabinets are nothing more than cheap chipboard. Is that what you expect when you pay a premium price for a premium kitchen? Think twice before you buy from #optiplan #kitchens
