It is nowhere argued that Congress' laws on tariffs mean POTUS can't impose or negotiate them without asking for new authoity each time. Yesterday's ruling was that IEEPA per se doesn't allow what Trump did using its authority. Different argument (which may not even be right).

This is very informative. But for those getting exercised about "US in Greenland's waters," we don't just show up for a medevac. Such a rescue is arranged quickly by the countries at diplo level, & foreign sub has permission to enter the other's waters for the rescue.

California now routinely mails out 22 million vote by mail ballots for every statewide &/or national election. 22 million. Auto-mailed. You don't request it. It just comes. Over & over, multiple ballots reported going to a single address. How much fraud do I suspect? A lot.
