Our next fun family Xplorer navigation challenge will be held on Wednesday 13th August at Aireville Park, Skipton. Why not come along and join us for lots of free family fun. We will be outside the play park/leisure centre entrance from 11:00 – 2:00 pm.

1/2 What a fabulous day we all had on Wednesday for the Xplorer walking challenge at Aireville Park, Skipton. A very hot day but that did not stop over 80 children and their families taking part. Well done ! Even a tiny tot tried very hard with superb writing of the answers :)

1/3 WOW Filey what an amazing turn out we had for our two day Xplorer challenge last week. In total we had over 274 children and their families take part in this free navigation challenge. A huge well done to you all. North Yorkshire Council

1/3 Last week we were also lucky enough to work alongside over 60 young people in Selby who are transitioning to Secondary School and College in September. We looked at how to plan their journeys using public transport, school/college transport, walking and cycling routes.

1/3 ONE WEEK TO GO..... The North Yorkshire School's Cycling Roadshow. We have five amazing Schools taking part in this event as a special 'Well done' for their continued hard work and efforts in making their school and community travel in a more active and sustainable manner.

2/3 We have worked alongside our wonderful partners Team Modeshift Everybody's Cycling to ensure this will be a week to remember.

Last week we were lucky enough to meet all the children from Birstwith Primary School to discuss how to stay safe when we are all walking and cycling. We spoke about the importance of being bright and being seen, as well as basic road and cycle safety. Spike also joined in!

Tomorrow we will be supporting Ripon Together Green Fair. We will be discussing Active and Sustainable travel in Ripon and how we can support residents and schools. Join us from 10:00 am – 3 pm Allhallowgate Methodist Church. Victoria Grove. Ripon. HG4 1LG Ripon Together
