The Sovereign Tech Fund invests in Open Web Docs and will support two MDN Web Docs browser-compat-data (BCD) projects that address how BCD is updated, maintained, and accessed.

Documentation for `:has()`, the relational pseudo-class, has been updated. developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web…. Like :not(), :is(), and :where(), it accepts a forgiving selector list as a parameter. Like :not() and :where(), its specificity is the most specific selector in that list.
