We had a fantastic two days in Angus last week, visiting Edzell Golf Club - delivering an Introductory Golf Event for Scottish Veterans Residences and Royal Marines, as well as a Golf Skills Day at Arbroath Golf Links. It's been a busy few weeks in Scotland as we visited Peebles Golf Club Kingsfield Golf and Leisure and Strathmore Golf. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Thank you to the host venues, The PGA coaches and funders - Scottish Government and Alfred Dunhill Links Foundation, for continuing to support the recovery of our wounded beneficiaries.

Continuing to deliver our programme of confidence building Golf Skills Days as our beneficiaries aim to take their game to the next level. 📈 Over the past 12 months, these days have been funded by the Blue Light Card Foundation and we thank them for their fantastic support.

We recently held one of our Employment Insight Days alongside PXG UK - with staff providing information on the day-to-day operations of various departments. Many of our beneficiaries who have gone on to careers in the golf industry initially attended one of these days. 🤞🔜

Our programme includes matches against the tri-service golf associations, allowing beneficiaries to network and spread awareness of OCF within the golf and military circles. We recently played 𝑨𝒓𝒎𝒚 𝑮𝒐𝒍𝒇 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 Scotland Trump Turnberry in testing conditions, with OCF winning 4-2.
