🇦🇲🇳🇱 Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with Jaap Frederiks , Chargé d'Affaires of the Netherlands in Armenia. We discussed key issues like equality, anti-discrimination, hate speech, and police reforms. Thank you for your support in advancing human rights! #HumanRights

I visited "Children's House" and "Child and Family Support Center" in Gyumri. We discussed improving conditions and listened to concerns from children and the staff. I also handed over gifts to the children. Ensuring better care for children remains our focus. #HumanRights

On July 1, I met with Michael O'Flaherty , the new Human Rights Commissioner of the Council of Europe. I highlighted the importance of protecting the rights of displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh. He expressed his commitment to continued cooperation. #HumanRights #Strasbourg

I met with Marja Ruotanen, Director General of Democracy and Human Dignity at the Council of Europe. Discussed combating hate speech, discrimination, and promoting equality, as well as work on minority rights, gender equality, and disability rights. Ready to expand cooperation.

🇦🇲 🇳🇱 I received the delegation of the Permanent Committee on Foreign Relations of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of the #Netherlands. ➡️The scope of the #HRD activities & the ways of future #cooperation were touched upon during the meeting.

‼️ Respect for diversity & guaranteeing dignity are crucial! ➡️ On July 22, I held trainings in Shenik & Karakert with COAF. Discussions were focused on human rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Defender's role.

🇺🇳🇦🇲 Together w/ #UN Resident Coordinator in #Armenia Françoise Jacob we made a joint visit to the #Tavush province. All the tools within the mandates of the UN & HRD will be implemented in order to solve the problems recorded during our visit.

On August 9, I visited #Gegharkunik region. Met w/ K.Sargsyan, the Head of Regional administration of Gegharkunik region. In the frames of the visit a discussion on "Protection & promotion of women's rights in the field of business" organized by the staff of the #HRD.

On August 30, the International Day of Victims of Enforced Disappearances, we stand with those affected by that crime. As a Human Rights Defender, I continue to fight for the missing persons and their families, urging the state to fulfill its obligations under international law.

Participated in a two-day #ENNHRI Board retreat & meeting in 🇩🇰 ➡️the work of the network, the upcoming elections of the Board, strategic questions related to priorities & possible challenges were touched upon.

Had the privilege of attending & delivering a speech at the international conference on "Access to services for people with disabilities/exchange of experiences." It brought together organizations, state bodies, international partners to discuss & adapt best practices for 🇦🇲

Met w/ the delegation from the #CoE Department for the Execution of the Judgments of the ECHR led by the head of the CoE Directorate of Human Rights, Clare Ovey. Among other topics,issues related to the implementation of the ECHR judgments against 🇦🇲 were discussed.
