Even though they’re in the relegation places, Oxford have looked rather decent against Preston so far and have wasted some very good chances. It was a cracking first half overall with both teams basically having to play to win as a draw doesn’t suit either of them ⚽️

Absolutely fair play to Coyle as didn’t think he’d play today after he went off on Tuesday and nice to see Ajayi back in action too. Another lovely surprise with Matazo on the bench, but can’t expect too much from him really and may just be a necessity for us right now #hcafc

We’ve played some completely magnificent football and should really be in front with a very comfortable lead. The goal we conceded was poor and my only worry is that we allow Millwall to repeat their set-piece masterclass #hcafc

That was some diabolical crap by Pandur and sick of errors like that being made to hand goals on plates to other sides 😔😤 #hcafc

Ajayi’s turn to have a brain fart and looks like we’ve gift wrapped the points to Millwall which they’re gladly taking #hcafc

Extremely hard to accept defeats like that when it’s entirely self-inflicted and we only have ourselves to blame for it occurring. Millwall showed why they are third as they defended resolutely as a team and were clinical when their opportunities were provided to them #hcafc

Looks like we’re matching Wrexham up then with the WBs and not discouraged by that as Drameh and Millar are both very capable of putting in good shifts. Might’ve kept Joseph in, but Koumas brings a lot of energy too and he’ll want to impress given that he’s Welsh after all #hcafc

My main frustration is that we don’t have a bigger winning margin and we didn’t take advantage of the penalty that was awarded to us. Pleased with our performance so far though and hope we can carry it on in the second half #hcafc

Very nervy towards the end, but we held on to get such a massive win to secure the league double over Hollywood FC 👌🤩🙌 #hcafc

These players are so likeable as a group and glad they can have a proper laugh about stuff like this after a nice win. Spirit, hard work, graft and togetherness can take you a very long way and Sergej’s instilled that into his squad 😍👏 #hcafc

Last night was a great example of how you can have three CBs and it be a hugely positive thing as we weren’t set-up to be five at the back from the start and were able to dominate proceedings as a result #hcafc

West Brom were incredibly unlucky not to get a win against Southampton tonight as I thought they looked very good in a solid 4-4-2 formation. Their two strikers Dike and Heggebø were both handfuls, so City will have to watch out for them on Saturday #hcafc

As sad and disappointing as it is to hear about Matazo’s setback, it’s probably best for him and the club to focus on next pre-season as his proper return to the fold. I really hope he can overcome these injury issues to fulfil the excellent potential he definitely has #hcafc

Very interested to see whether we stick to the three at the back formation or try and change things up with a back four tomorrow. To be fair, it’s so nice that we’re completely adaptable tactically and would trust whatever Sergej and his staff come up with #hcafc

Went for the absolutely sane option by listening to the normal commentary for the Wrexham vs Swansea game on Sky. Would much rather hear Andy Hinchcliffe’s neutral thoughts on the game than a very biased viewpoint from the Hollywood owners 😂😆

I’m very hopeful that we can win at West Brom today, but always a tiny nagging doubt due to how we like to throw up an unexpected result. That being said, we’re in a wonderful position and it’d be superb if we bolstered our chances with another three points 🤞 #hcafc

Oliver Harsley (@ollieharsley) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Proper embarrassment of a first half performance from us as West Brom have turned up with a lot more fight and willingness to actually play football. We’ll do very well to somehow manage to get something from this game and I’m worried about Southampton’s dangerous form #hcafc

Oliver Harsley (@ollieharsley) 's Twitter Profile Photo

When this game is finished, we’ll have eight matches left and a play-off place would still be in our hands to go and achieve this season. Next week is a definite must win against the Wendies though just so we can go into the international break on a positive note #hcafc

After results like what occurred earlier on for City, I always thank my dad for bringing me into the always interesting and very emotional experience of being a fan. The highs and lows are constant and the club never ceases to put its fanbase through such intensive stress #hcafc
