I am fully out of ideas at this point why my PC/OBS keeps crashing. Completely randomly EVERYTHING will just cut out. USB/Network/PCIe, gone for a second. Which then causes everything to crash and fuck up.

This is an almost fresh windows install, it happened ON a fresh windows install. I updated BIOS, drivers, everything. I even set my GPU to PCIe Gen3 instead of Gen4, nope, still happens
