Everyone knows how badly Hospitality suffered during Covid and how we are still fighting for survival. The fact that yesterday, the PM imposed the biggest tax hike in 50 years on our sector speaks volumes. He really doesn't care. It's scandalous.

In St. Tropez it feels normal to spend a month's mortgage on pastries. You also realise that eating the crap we all buy from supermarkets is a self abuse! From now on I will only buy croissants that are more than £5 each. Breakfast was superb and life immediately feels better ❤️
