The VP of Workplace Experience at Wells Fargo provided insight to attendees on how employee experience can be used to guide us to the right workspace or technology solutions. The key is to focus on what is important for the employee, not what we think should be important.

Communication is vital for employees have a sense of belonging regardless of location. A thought leader from Novartis shared the many ways line managers, leadership and internal communications have the ability to engage every employee despite being geographically distributed.

Our attendees just participated in rountable discussions where they asked their most pressing questions and shared insights with peers. Some topics discussed include workplace technologies, office location, omptimizing employee experience, and hybrid work place to name a few.
