I don't completely disagree, but on the other hand, the market that decides what the price should be also decides what is fair. That's why you can compete on price. The market will tend to prefer to pay a certain amount and not another because the market is making tradeoffs.

Tools should probably always be separated from goals. Tools exist in the space between human imagination and human creation. Their sole purpose is to bridge that gap. Attachment to them is a professional hazard.
