Meet Stephen Ruddy, our assistant brewer. Stephen’s experience is integral to our mission; to expand our product portfolio and continue to dial in our seasonal selections. Mike Vinson and Stephen Ruddy are a dynamic duo in the brewery whose hard work is truly paying off!

Hangover Brunch? Heck ya! We couldn’t think of a better way to spend Saturday, February 11th, than a tasty brunch in the taproom from 11AM-3PM. There will be a special menu with delicious new dishes. Don't forget to order some Micheladas! Head to our Stories to see the menu.

Join us for a SF Beer Week movie night in the taproom next Thursday, February 16th at 7PM. We’ll be showing Knives Out in our mezzanine; there'll be popcorn and of course your favorite seasonal beers. Guests are welcome to bring their favorite chairs, blankets, and pillows.

NEW BEER ON TAP For SF Beer Week, we teamed up with our friends at @hereticbrewing to bring you a unique new beer. Introducing the WhIPA Hazy Wheat IPA. This was a fun and creative collaboration between our head brewer Mike Vinson and Heretic’s Director of Brewing, Andrew Conlon.

Calling all foodies and beer lovers alike! This Friday, February 17th (4PM-Close) award-winning Chef Don Payne will be in the taproom roasting a whole hog, beer chicken, and plenty of veggies. See you there! 🍻

We’re hosting a special Beer Pairing menu with our friends at Aurora Catering this Saturday, February 18th from 12PM-4PM. Visit our taproom to enjoy delicious food pairings with our latest beer releases.

Last but not least, we’re ending SF Beer Week at the 2023 Celebration of Craft Beer Festival at Trumer Brewery this Saturday, February 18th from 4PM-8PM. Connect with craft beer enthusiasts and industry professionals over dinner and unlimited tastings.
