Ozair Naqvi, Ph.D., a recent graduate of the OUHSC Graduate College and the Hudson College of Public Health has been accepted into the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service—a two-year postdoctoral program known for training the nation’s “disease detectives.” 🦠

Join us in welcoming Dr. Brent Richards! 👋 Dr. Richards has been appointed Assistant Dean for Graduate Education and Research. In this role, he will lead program review, career and professional development, recruitment, micro-credentialing, and other key initiatives.

Ph.D. Candidate Siva Sai Chandragiri used to help his father run a tent house in India; now he's in the @uofOklahoma OU College of Medicine Department of Pathology studying how radiation therapy used in cancer treatment affects the brain and nervous system. bit.ly/3IcSwss

Nathalia Machado, PhD, a postdoctoral research fellow at the TSET Health Promotion Research Center and trainee of the HSC Graduate College, has been awarded a prestigious Postdoctoral Fellowship from the American Cancer Society (ACS).
