Amazing start to BUCS in the 10,000 metres. Joe Morrow with a fantastic bronze! Backed up by Jon Cornish in 6th and Naphtali Moulton in 7th as Oxford scored the most points in the men's race. Naomi Kingston also 7th in the women's race.

Julia Johnson also through in her 400 hurdles, to the semi-final in that case. As are Catherine Gallagher (winning her heat over a very relaxed Abigail Ives!) and Indoor Silver medalist Charlotte Buckley in the 800.

Great day of finals at BUCS. Charlotte Buckley the star with Bronze over 800, just pipping a Cambridge athlete as well! 12 days to Varsity...

And Will Parry being denied a 2 second PB and 5th in the 400 hurdles by a disqualification for trailing. We didn't know he had a trail leg...

Also many athletes running at the Bannister Miles celebrating the 70th Anniversary of Sir Roger's 4 minute mile. OUAC's Alex Gruen came close with a 4:02 in filthy conditions behind a spectacular track record 3:56.15 from Ossama Meslek.
