Congrats to Dr. Debbie Guatelli-Steinberg, won the Innovation in Dental Anthropology Award at last week’s AABA meetings! This award recognizes the contributions of a career scholar in dental anthropology, + for pushing the discipline in exciting, novel, and ethical directions.

Congrats to Abby Scheeser, who successfully defended her undergraduate honors thesis "Geographic Species Variation in Hominin Cranial Morphology." Abby will be pursuing at a PhD program in biological anthropology at the University of Wisconsin- Madison in the fall!

Congrats to Grace Peters, whose completed undergrad thesis is "Relative dental eruption + mechanically challenging diets in colobines + cercopithecines!" Grace went to the Smithsonian, Natural History Museum in London, + used on-campus specimens to collect dental eruption data.
