Our first concert of the autumn is on Sunday 10th November at 6pm Live At St Giles! Rutter's Requiem is beautiful - and if you fancy singing it with us, you can even buy a special 'Come & Sing' ticket too. We're also looking forward to some autumn choir songs from Lyndhurst Primary School!

I’ve got a pretty busy day on Saturday Kennington Bioscope accompanying two screenings - but what a jam packed weekend is in store - there’s some amazing films to come and watch - just a few tickets left! tickettailor.com/events/kenning…

Rutter Requiem / Come & Sing / 4.5 hours rehearsing = EMERGENCY BISCUITS! (Don’t worry - there’s some fruit on offer for our choir too!) If you need to reset your autumn - come and hear some beautiful music tonight at 6pm at St Giles’, Camberwell Camberwell Choir Live At St Giles

I think if we eventually manage to restore the organ Live At St Giles we’ll have to sing to it and wake it up too! #NotreDameDeParis

Just arrived at my temporary office Brighton Dome! If you want to know what this ★ORGANOKE®★ thing is all about - well I just can’t explain it in a tweet. But if you’re in #Brighton tonight, dust off your voice and be part of something joyful 🔔🎄🎹🥳 brightondome.org/whats-on/Vxi-o…

Don’t be blue! The Bioscope is back! This Wednesday 23rd April 7.30pm The Cinema Museum we screen two 16mm archive prints from Chris Bird’s collection, Jazz Age knockout WALKING BACK (1928) & ‘lost’ Western THE CALIFORNIA MAIL (1929) with live 🎹 by Ashley Valentine & Cyrus Gabrysch

Having had a quick chance to watch through tonight’s film.. I knew this old car horn would come in useful one day! Kennington Bioscope #silentfilm

I know I’ll never look as stylish as Anna Lapwood does playing the Royal Albert Hall organ (I’m too embarrassed to tag her), but I’ve decided that hat-wearing during gigs deserves credit! Beware ★ORGANOKE®★! And thanks to Tom Tom of Camberwell and Jordanna for pic and page turning. 🎩

Late German UFA silent ASPHALT (1929) screens in a new digital restoration The Cinema Museum 7.30pm Wed. 18th June, intro’d by Michelle Facey & accompanied by Ashley Valentine Ashley Valentine with Colin Sell playing for a fascinating first half TBA! Book now!! cinemamuseum.org.uk/2025/kenningto…

It’s not often I get to combine two great loves of my life - organ playing and beer (apart from ★ORGANOKE®★ of course) - but this was a treat! Double diamond beer advert filming on the organ with some jingle arrangements!

Don’t hide under the covers tonight, come see ASPHALT (1929), one of the last big UFA silents, directed by Joe May. Feature intro’d by Michelle Facey + a fascinating first half with film historians Ted Botha & Deac Rossell. Live accompaniment by Ashley Valentine & Colin Sell, 7.30pm
