The IETF just published RFC 9628 (datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc96…), the wire format for the VP9 video codec, my 13th RFC. However, I'm not the first one at OpenAI to author a RFC - that honor goes to a "C. GPT" who co-wrote RFC 9405 (datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc94…), on AI Sarcasm Detection. 😅
