Tactical #NewYearResolution #5 I will assign roles and responsibilities to EACH person in my formation. Who is doing what to establish the Main CP, FTCP, CTCP? Who establishes and maintains the work/rest cycle? Does each Soldier understand their responsibilities. #ready2fight

Thoughts on the sustanment rehearsal. This event is intended to synchronize operations in time and space. It is not when you brief a plan using a terrain model as a podium. We recommend that units act out what they are doing with other unit reps on the map to see ourselves best.
