OLS alleged DoorDash failed to provide a deactivated worker process for challenging a deactivation required by App-Based Worker Deactivation Rights Ordinance. DoorDash reinstated worker on the platform and will pay $1,245.70, including $622.85 civil penalties & $622.85 in fines.
