Coming up in Civility Week today, we have... Is it me? What is it like to be on the receiving end of me 🤔 Small things, big difference, - the patient experience team encouraging us to look at civility through patient’s eyes And we are out and about with civility resources 🫶🏻

The chocolate, pens, water bottles and post-its may have all gone, but there’s a whole heap of kindness and positive energy as a result 🙌🏻 We have LOVED hosting all of the Civility activities this week - it has been great to connect with old friends and make a ton of new ones 🥰

The turn of group 2 today and another amazing celebration to mark the end of our RUH Advanced Leadership programme. Wonderful to hear the successes and growth of our Senior Sisters/Charge Nurses. It's been quite a journey for this awesome group 👏👏

Great contributions during our Kindness & Civility week in Cardiac Centre include the BUILD model from Jane RUH Organisational Development Team & a very important message regarding equality & diversity from our own HCS Fersha. Yummy treats for our Tea & TedTalks also gifted by staff. Thank you! 🌸
