OCVElementary had a great first day yesterday! Great to see so many smiling faces and hear those excited voices! Looking forward to more of the same today, tomorrow, and in the weeks to come!

It is with deep sorrow that we have learned of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her reign was the longest in British history. We reflect on the legacy of Canada’s longest-reigning Sovereign. Our thoughts are with those whose lives she touched through her lifetime.

As this coming Sunday (Sept. 18th) is the Terry Fox Run in Ottawa, here is a thought from Terry himself: "I want to try the impossible to show that it can be done."
