🛑Femoral N Anatomy(L2toL4):
emerges at lower border between psoas&iliacus muscles,passes beneath inguinal lig. Provides motor branches to knee extensors(quadriceps muscles)&sensation to ant.thigh,femur knee j &medial leg.

🛑Saphenous n: extension of FN below knee/purely sensory
