The holidays are over—which means it's time to take down the tree. Did you know that real trees can be used to improve communities? From wood chipping to coastal restoration (pictured here), the benefits of real trees keep on giving! 🌲

Did you know that winter is the best time to spot signs of invasive species like spotted lanternflies? Egg masses can look like lichen or dried mud on trees, recreational vehicles, or structures. If you think you've spotted an infestation, report it to your state forestry agency!

1️⃣ Slow down and give plows room to work. 2️⃣ Never pass a snowplow on the right—it’s dangerous! 3️⃣ The safest place is behind the plow on cleared roads. Winter weather in unexpected places is hazardous. Stay cautious, follow local guidance, and stay safe! #HomeSafeEveryDay
