Go for AWS SAA at minimum and do projects on infrastructure as code (IAC). For AWS, you could do CloudFormation or Terraform.

All companies I’ve been in, require passing certs as KPI. Ignore that idiot that says certs aren’t useful. Keep it up! You’ll get there.
