This is a really depressing read- as a 50/50 gender split company we are gagging to see more women in creation roles, not least bc how can we expect to hear authentic female characters if they’re all written by men? Infuriating, maddening, we gotta do better

this could be incredibly patronising but I think for some people and maybe partic women it can be scary to think of yourself as a “composer” if you’re not amazing on any musical instrument: but lemme tell u, voice notes and garageband can get u to the west end
