Tyler spots the board she's carrying. "Catch any good ones today? Waves were pretty big out there."

"I'd have to go back up to my car and get my stuff. I don't even have a good suit on."

"Uh, okay. I'll be back in a few minutes." Tyler turns and jogs up from the beach to his car where it's parked near the road. There he changes and unhooks his board.

Soon Tyler is wading into the water, securing the band around his ankle before laying on his board. He paddles out into the waves. "Did I miss anything good?"

Tyler sits up on his board and floats for a few moments. "The water isn't as cold as I thought it would be. Is that why you came out today?"

Well, there isn’t any weird vampire royalty in Italy that I'm aware of, so running off to Rome or wherever isn’t something I'd do.
