Presenting the North West Science Network Summer Residential Class of 2024! 🥳 It's been another great year of science, and it was a pleasure to host so many brilliant aspiring scientists at Corpus! #science #outreach #uniofoxford

This year's residential included several talks from wonderful academics in a variety of subject disciplines, including this talk which covered cutting edge research into organ diseases and their cures.

And it wasn't just seeing research in theory - we also got to see research in action whilst visiting the (now decommissioned) Culham Science Centre managed by the UK Atomic Energy Authority, the site of the hottest recorded temperatures in the universe!

In the culmination of a week-long project, it was fascinating to hear from all our attendees about their chosen research from cutting-edge cancer research to the future of nano-technology! #oxoutreach #science #Northwestsciencenetwork
