For many people the murder of George Floyd was a radicalizing moment. It was a clear cut glaring example of what the black community had been trying to tell everyone. That we weren't as far removed from slavery as we might think. That the storm of white supremacy was raging on.

That moment was a line in the sand if you will. Either change was going to happen now, or never. Time passed, the response from those in power was to take a knee for George, then increase the police budget another couple of million.

Many of you already realize this. But what I think surprised most of us was the response from us, the ones not in power. The ones who were out at protests and in the streets. The 'line in the sand' had been crossed, blatantly and unapologetically.

Our mind began to realize change wasnt coming. It radicalized us into dispair. Even though more people than ever had ACAB in their profile, people started coming out less. With recent laws passed against the trans/queer community it almost feels like we're already burnt out
