My father died in January this year. I still have a longstanding complaint lodged with ScottishPower who are close to failing their own 8 wk period for resolving complaints. Looks like Energy Ombudsman will shortly be hearing about the spectacular incompetence of this company.
Examples of ScottishPower incompetence - sending 4 emails addressed to my dead father after being told of his death plus a PHONE CALL to my dead father after being told by my mum 10 Minutes previously that he was dead. You couldn’t make it up.
My father died a year ago today. I’m still communicating with ScottishPower re their dreadful customer service towards my widowed 82 year old mum. Had reply to my detailed written complaint which conveniently ignored many of my points! It’s not over & I’m not going away.
