Hypothetically, if you really wanted to make it, and you were actually very intelligent, you’d study the underlying fundamentals of the assets you trade until you really have macro conviction like tetra or 3AC. The only people who won’t get chopped and will accumulate have that.

Real conviction is averaging down for years whilst price keeps chopping bearishly to the point where you want to puke and question your own sanity and whether you’re an idiot with cognitive dissonance. It will mentally break all of you. It only looks easy and doable years after.

You look at charts where each candle represents 1 month. But you do not understand or appreciate that it only visualizes macro trends, it does not represent the mental anguish contained within each 1 month candle. There is no way to visualize that. You need to experience it.

Now I'm 100% in ETH, I didn't buy but all my stables went to 0.
