ps: just made a commit that speeds this up a ton and fixes sprite subimages/surfaces! just gotta compile for linux/mac then it'll be crossplatform!!

also, if anyone wants to figure out compiling extensions for macOS or linux; i made a native GML renderer, can be toggled with a preprocessor def
